What is your minimum notice period for a booking?
We require at least 6 weeks’ notice for birthday parties. Bookings made with less notice may still be possible, but an applicable fee will be applied.
Can you work with my preferred vendors?
Absolutely. If you already have vendors in mind, we’re happy to coordinate with them. Otherwise, we can recommend trusted vendors from our network.
Do you offer on the day coordination?
Yes! We are present on the day to oversee the setup, manage vendors and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Do you book the accommodation for us?
We don’t handle the booking directly, but we do source and recommend the best accommodation options based on your budget and preferences. Once you’ve chosen your preferred option, you’ll book it directly. This ensures you have direct communication with the accommodation provider in case anything comes up during your stay.
What kind of vendors do you work with?
Depending on your requirements, we can liaise with private chefs, massage therapists, decorators, transportation services, photographers and more to enhance your staycation experience.

Complimentary Consultation
We’ll contact you to schedule a consultation to explore your preferences in more detail. If you’ve selected the fast turnaround service, your consultation will be scheduled within 24 hours of booking. For the standard service, your consultation will be booked within 72 hours of booking. The T&Cs will also be provided during this stage.
Payment
If you’re happy to proceed and have agreed to the T&Cs, we will issue an invoice for your payment.
Confirmation
Once the payment is received, a formal booking confirmation will be sent including all details discussed and the T&Cs for visibility.
Itinerary Provided
Your bespoke itinerary will be provided within 7 days, or within 48 hours if you opt for our fast turnaround service.

Do I pay a deposit to confirm my booking?
There is no deposit, the payment is required to be paid in full to confirm your booking.
